  Beautifully coloured in deep red, it is a full bodied, really dried taste with notes of spicy and short after tasting.

  High acidity, full bodied and long-lasting taste. Notes of cinnamon and other spicies were noticed. Paired with parmesan and provolone and may be great with pesto pasta.
